Welcome to PNN!

Welcome to PNN!

Let's talk. Today's topic is stress. what kind of stress do you have in your life?  Work and the one's at work that make you want to go postal? Or maybe your family doesn't help out at home and you feel overwelmed.  I know the husband.  Well no matter what it is, the main question you should ask yourself is, have you addresses your problem?  Have you stood back and asked yourself what can i do to make things better.

The first action you could take is involving another, a friend and a co-worker, a family member or maybe you could stand up and address the ones that are making you crazy.

Second, if it's not the kind of stress that you can talk about then the next action to take is, action.  That's right, take some, we all have an addiction.  What is yours?  Exercise, crafts, going window shopping? No matter what it is remember that if your addiction is not working to relieve stree then maybe you should try something else, just step out of the box.  Who know's maybe paintballing could relieve that little bit of agression that you can't show in your regular day.

The last tip for today would be health, there are many different things that you could do for stress, besides exercise, there are many herbal stress relievers, this is not medical advise, for that you should see a doctor.  But vitamins, a warm green tea or chamomile and a warm bath with salts, and even sprays on pillows have helped me to have a relaxing and sleep enducing evening.

Well take care, all my best wishes and here's to having a happy and healthy exsistance.  Even after the day is coming to an end, remember that there's always tomorrow.
